🌟 PHAKKAT – SHIPPING POLICY

At Phakkat, we ensure that every order is packed with care and delivered safely to your doorstep. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.


🚚 1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During festivals/sale periods, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volume.


📦 2. Shipping Duration

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your pincode, courier availability, and external factors (weather, strikes, etc.).


🏷️ 3. Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • COD charges may apply depending on your location and order total.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.


🔄 4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS

  • A tracking link to monitor your delivery status in real-time

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.


🧭 5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays.

If any change is required, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order.


6. Delivery Attempts & RTO

Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If unsuccessful, the order may be marked as RTO (Returned to Origin).

If RTO happens due to:

  • incorrect address,

  • customer not available,

  • phone not reachable,

Re-shipping charges may apply.


📦 7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that looks:

  • opened

  • damaged

  • tampered

  • resealed

Please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

If you accept a damaged parcel, please share opening videos/photos within 24 hours.


🌍 8. International Shipping

Currently, Phakkat does not ship internationally.
We ship only within India.


🛡 9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Phakkat is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals & holidays

  • Natural events

  • Strikes or restrictions
